The location was on a road, off of a main highway which I liked because then I didn’t have to hear traffic. The room size was a little small for me and my two children but it was suitable for the one night we needed it. The buffet breakfast was a hit for my kiddos. Who likes having to worry about breakfast? Not me. The staff was very pleasant. The rooms were clean, they use plug in fresheners an it was a pleasant clean smell. Overall great place and will be booking again soon

The location was great, I really appreciated the Continental breakfast, the beds were very comfortable, and I cannot say enough for how very kind the staff was for my family

I have stayed at this hotel several times throughout the years when visiting family. Location is key. The staff are always nice and handle questions with ease.

Location was good near New River Gorge NP. Free Wi-Fi, parking and breakfast. The breakfast was very good! Room was refreshed on request. Allowed for a late check out. Would stay again!

The hotel breakfast had eggs and sausage patties as hot items, plus do-it-yourself waffles. There was fresh fruit, yoghurt, and cereal as well. Nothing fancy, but quite adequate. The hotel bed was comfortable and clean. The bathroom was small, and the tub showwer and fixtures somewhat dated, but it was clean with nicely folded linens. The hotel was quiet while I was there, and I had a restful night. The wakeup alarm clock worked, as did the promised wakeup call.

I loved the proximity to New River Gorge National Park, Fayetteville, Tamarack, etc. Frankie, the gent who checked me in, couldn't have been more helpful. In fact, he walked me to the room to make sure that staff had done what I'd asked in terms of cleaning product usage prior to my arrival. He was going to give me another room if it wasn't suitable. And then the room itself was clean and comfortable.

We had a two queen room. It was as advertised. The location was perfect for our visit to New River Gorge NP (Canyon Rim Visitor Center less than 10 minutes away). Also about 10 minute drive to restaurants in town. Breakfast was sufficient with both protein and carb options. Beds were comfortable and heat/AC worked fine.

Staff were friendly and professional. Breakfast buffet was great. Room was very clean, comfortable, well-lit, furnishings were in excellent condition, towels were soft and abundant. This was the best Comfort Inn stay in many years (possibly ever).

Great location just outside New River Gorge NP. Lots of options for good and grocery stores nearby. Comfortable room, friendly employees.

Breakfast was good. There was enough variety that everyone in my group was able to find something they liked. The location was great. Easy access to New River Gorge.
