The place hit all my requirements. The double queen room was spacious, the beds and pillows comfortable, the room was clean and reasonably quiet considering all the guests around. Appreciated shampoo/soap/conditioner dispensers in shower! The front desk personnel were pleasant and professional. Loved the fact there was a container of lemon water along with the complementary hot drinks. We didn't eat much breakfast, but did note there was a good election of hot and cold options in the breakfast buffet.

The location was on a road, off of a main highway which I liked because then I didn’t have to hear traffic. The room size was a little small for me and my two children but it was suitable for the one night we needed it. The buffet breakfast was a hit for my kiddos. Who likes having to worry about breakfast? Not me. The staff was very pleasant. The rooms were clean, they use plug in fresheners an it was a pleasant clean smell. Overall great place and will be booking again soon

I have stayed at this hotel several times throughout the years when visiting family. Location is key. The staff are always nice and handle questions with ease.

Great location near the New River Gorge NP in West Virginia, which is why we picked this hotel. Beautiful area, reminded me of the Adirondack region in upstate New York. Great jumping location to tour all of this new National Park. Comfy room, good breakfast.

Location was good near New River Gorge NP. Free Wi-Fi, parking and breakfast. The breakfast was very good! Room was refreshed on request. Allowed for a late check out. Would stay again!

We had a two queen room. It was as advertised. The location was perfect for our visit to New River Gorge NP (Canyon Rim Visitor Center less than 10 minutes away). Also about 10 minute drive to restaurants in town. Breakfast was sufficient with both protein and carb options. Beds were comfortable and heat/AC worked fine.

Staff were friendly and professional. Breakfast buffet was great. Room was very clean, comfortable, well-lit, furnishings were in excellent condition, towels were soft and abundant. This was the best Comfort Inn stay in many years (possibly ever).
